Products must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.

HealthSmart reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking/repacking fee if items or packaging are returned in poor condition, missing components, or damaged.

No refund or exchange will be issued for items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
