    United States Only (48 contiguous states).
    Future expansion to other regions may occur; check back for updates.

  2. Shipping Costs
    Domestic Shipping (US):
    Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
    $5 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $50
    International Shipping: Not available at this time.
    No Hidden Fees: All costs are displayed at checkout.

  3. Order Processing
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
    Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
    Weekend or holiday orders process on the next business day.

  4. Estimated Delivery Times
    Standard US Shipping: 3–5 business days (days may vary based on brand ) 
    Expedited US Shipping: 1–2 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors.

  5. Shipping Methods & Tracking
    Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
    Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email.
    Insurance: Shipments are insured; contact us promptly for lost or damaged items.

  6. Delivery Issues
    Delayed or Lost Packages: Contact support@elevareexperience.com
    Damaged Packages: Report within 7 days with photos; we’ll arrange replacement or refund.
    Missing Items: Report within 7 days; provide order number and details.

  7. Return & Refunds
    Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 days.

  8. Incorrect Address
    Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you for reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
