1. What types of products do you offer?
We specialize in premium wellness and recovery products, including saunas, sauna heaters, steam accessories, hyperbaric chambers, and other luxury wellness equipment.
2. Are your products authentic?
Yes. We are an authorized dealer, and all of our products are 100% genuine, brand new, and shipped directly from the manufacturer.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Most items ship within 10–21 business days. Larger equipment may take longer due to freight scheduling. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
No. At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations.
5. How do returns work?
Returns are accepted only if applicable and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Please see our [Return Policy] for more details.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@elevareexperince.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
