HealthSmart

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy on all products purchased at full retail price directly from HealthSmart.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be shipped/returned within 14 days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted models, and floor/display units (final sale).

  • Saunas that have been used/sweated in.

  • Bathtubs that have been installed and used.

Fees & Conditions

  • HealthSmart reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking/repacking fee if items or packaging are returned in poor condition, missing components, or damaged.

  • No refund or exchange will be issued for items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at healthsmartlife@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.

Helios

You may return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please note that, due to the high cost of cross-border shipping, returns are generally not accepted.

Exceptions – Returns to Factory
In special cases where a return must be made to the factory, the following conditions apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to the factory.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Returns are accepted only if applicable and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If applicable, email support@elevareexperience.com to arrange an exchange for the same item.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most items ship directly from the manufacturer, ensuring you always receive a brand-new, authentic product.
