Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Returns are accepted only if applicable and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Some products may not be eligible for return (e.g., customized, special-order, or non-returnable items).

How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible for return, contact us at support@elevareexperince.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If applicable, email support@elevareexperince.com to arrange an exchange for the same item.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
